I thought I saw rust on the center of the dryer’s drum, but it turned out to be something that looked like dried-on paint. When I used a paper towel and rubbing alcohol, they came off and were the same color as before. I don’t see how they could have come from the dryer if it doesn’t have any tiny holes that could be where the patterns on some of the items came from.
